Represented the estate of a deceased young mother on behalf of her two small children after she was killed in an airplane crash.  The case was against the pilot, whose negligence and inexperience in failing to manage dangerous weather conditions caused the deaths of everyone on board.

Breach of Employment Contract

Represented retired professional football player against his former employer because they refused to pay him millions of dollars in commission bonuses he earned but were never paid.  The arbitration panel ruled in the client’s favor and entered the award after a 4-day arbitration hearing.  The employer never made any offer to resolve the case.
